REP SPRING TRYOUTS

Tryout passes are required to participate in the tryout process. The cost for spring tryouts is $50.00. which entitles the player to all tryouts, including the fall BB and B tryouts if they are released in the spring. This is for Waterloo residents only.
Tryout pass payment options are:
- Online –using a credit card (for non-imports only) , and
- Cash or cheque – paid at the first tryout
To pay online, click REGISTRATION, and follow the 2012-13 Youth Registration process. There will be an option to select Fee type of
‘Basic Registration fee of $465.00’ or “pay for Basic registration later’; this allows you the choice of paying this fee now or later. (After
July 1st, 2012, the basic registration fees will be $510.00). Next will be the option where you select the tryout pass. Please print the tryout pass showing payment, and bring this to the first tryout.
Players selected on teams in the spring, are required to pay basic registration fee of $465.00 in full by May 15, 2012. Import players from out of town will pay $10 cash at each tryout, up to a maximum of $50.00.

Looking for Referee’s for the 2012-13 Season!
Referees must be at minimum fourteen (14) years of age to officiate in WMHA and WGMHA. Upon acceptance, new referees will be required to successfully complete a Level 1 HCOP certification.
A referee must have at minimum, Level 1 HCOP Certification and, if (18) eighteen years of age or older, a valid Police Record Check. If you do not have a current Police Record Check on file with ALLIANCE Hockey, the required document must be provided before your application can be approved.
A Police Record Check is valid for four seasons. If you have a Police Record Check dated 2006 or older, it is no longer valid. If your Police Record Check is not listed with ALLIANCE Hockey or OWHA, you are required to provide a copy to the WMHA office.

TAX Receipts 2011 YEAR
When you originally registered you were issued a receipt to print and keep for your records. If you did not keep your receipt you can go back into the registration site
(please put the link that goes directly into the registration site – after all those pages in the registration) and get your receipt for 2011 taxation year. Hit Profile and then go into the
Invoice history. You can then print your receipt. If you have difficulty, please contact ravensregistration@rogers.com.
Please note that receipts for income tax purposes for sporting activities have the following rules that apply:
- activity must be at least 8 consecutive weeks – Rookie Ravens; Goalie Camp; Skills Program all qualify
- camps must be at least 5 consecutive days
- athlete age must be no more than 16 years old in the calendar year that the invoice is paid
- rep fees do not apply
- team fees do not apply
