Players will not be allowed on the ice in the fall until registration fees are paid in full
Refund Policy
For the 2010-11 season: if you register with WGMHA and then
request a refund, the following fees will apply:
All Players:
WGMHA will honour refund requests made before October 31, 2010,
less an administrative charge of $25/player. Refunds issued
after this date but before November 30, 2010 are at the discretion
of the board and will have an administrative charge of $75/player.
There are no refunds after November 30, 2010 unless accompanied
by a doctor's certificate stating that the player will be unable
to play the remainder of the current season. AFTER January
1, 2011, there will be no refunds.
NSF fee:
Registration fee payment made by cheque or money order should be payable to “WGMHA”. No cash please. A $30.00 charge will be applied to NSF cheques.
Late Fees:
Begin July 1, 2010
please add $50.00 to your basic fee.
