Your application will include the following:
1) Coaching
Philosophy
An outline of the principles that you would call upon
to coach a hockey team at the level applied for.
2) Yearly
Plan
At a minimum, an outline of the expectations of the
team from a skills
development perspective
3) Budget
 (speculative)
A rough estimate of the anticipated cost associated
with your proposed plan. You can use the league approved
format, if preferred.
4) Coaching
Resume
Please complete the application outlining your past
experience.
